After qualifying from the University of Stellenbosch in 1991, I worked in Johannesburg. I returned to Cape Town in 1992 and established Longbeach Dental. Apart from being a family dentist I have a particular interest in cosmetic and advanced restorative dentistry as well as dentures fixed on implants and full dental rehabilitations.I have attended numerous implant and cosmetic dental courses, is an active member of the ITI – International Team of Implantology study group based in Switzerland as well as SAAAD, South African Academy of Aesthetic Dentistry.
I am also responsible for managing Longbeach Dental and qualified with a degree in Business Administration from the University of Stellenbosch in 1998.
My interests include traveling, interior decorating and collecting wines and winetasting. I am also closely involved with TEARS, an animal welfare organization in Fish Hoek.

I am a General Dentist with a special interest in Implantology, Surgery and Functional and cosmetic Dental rehabilitations on natural teeth and implants.I qualified from the University of Stellenbosch in 1992. For a few years I worked in Cape Town and then Johannesburg in General Dentistry family practices. In 1998 I relocated to the United Kingdom, where I had my own private practice for 9 years. It is here that I developed a passion for cosmetic – and functional dental rehabilitations. This was performed on natural dentition and implants. I was fortunate that my hands-on training and passion for advancement took me to improve my skillset in Italy, Germany, King’s College London, Cape Town, and Johannesburg.
I returned to South Africa in 2008 to be closer to my family in Upington, where I opened another private practice. I branched further into facial aesthetic treatments, Botox, Fillers, Threading and Plasma skin enhancements.
I relocated to Cape Town 2022 where I was fortunate to join the esteemed Longbeach Dental team. I continue to learn something new every day.
I’m a passionate animal lover and spend as much time as possible outdoors with my beautiful Miniature Pekingese, Bella.

Nasima Hamdulay qualified in 1989 at The University of Western Cape in Diploma in Oral Hygiene and obtained an Extended Function 2 Certificate in Oral Hygiene in 2013, followed by Extended Function 3 in 2017.Thereafter Nasima worked in both the private sector as Oral Hygienist and Public sector as Clinical Supervisor of the undergraduate students at the University of the Western Cape. In 2006 she joined the Longbeach Dental family as Oral Hygienist and Oral Health Educator. Nasima is passionate about continuous education as she strives deliver the best possible treatment for her patients. Over the years she has built long lasting relationships with her patients though sincerity and compassion. At Longbeach Dental we pride ourselves in the delivery of world-class treatment to our patients. Our Oral Hygienists implement only the best research-based protocols in our practice – the ITOP Curaprox protocol being one of them. In 2017 Nasima attended an EMS workshop – this is the latest in Swiss Technology on Oral Prophylaxis.
Her scope of practice include taking radiographs and interpreting them with a dentist, Advanced Scale and Polish with the ITOP protocol, Flouride Treatments for Oral Cancer and patients with High Risk for Decay, Teeth Bleaching, and Fissure Sealants.
Nasima does home visits to see to the needs of the elderly and disabled at Noordhoek Manor and Silvermine Village.

Tanian Goliath is a full-time Oral Hygienist at Longbeach Dental. She obtained her Bachelors of Oral Heath degree from the University of the Western Cape in 2016.After graduating she joined the Longbeach Dental family as Oral Hygienist and Clinical Photographer.
She prides herself in keeping up to date with the latest advances in oral health and strives to deliver exceptional patient care. Through continuous education & workshops, Tanian provides unmatched standards of care to our patients. In 2017 Tanian completed the Philips-ZOOM Whitening course where she was trained to deliver professional in-chair whitening with astonishing results. Furthermore she received extensive training on the EMS Air Flow device in order to provide the most comfortable Swiss Oral Prophylaxsis. Through the implementation of the ITOP Protocol, Tanian equips her patients with all the tools they need to take optimal care of their oral health.
She is passionate about oral health education and equipping her patients to take good care of their oral health.
The responsibilities of our oral hygienist goes far beyond a “twice a year clean”. We take all kinds of x-rays, clinical photos, study models, scaling and polishing, fluoride treatments, fissure sealants, temporary filling and re-cementations of crowns and bridges and most importantly we educate.
